Had the pleasure of working with ID Dave for the past few months on our home renovation project. Having stayed in our current residence for over a decade, we wanted an extensive overhaul of the renovation which naturally requires a lot of details to be overseen.

One of the aspects that we are most pleased with was Dave’s communication throughout the project. Dave was patient throughout the process, not only walking through each planned changes, but also the costs involved. As such, we do not feel as though ExQsite was hiding any costs from us.

Throughout the renovation process, Dave also stayed in constant contact with my mother (main point of contact) to update us on the progress of the project. Towards the later stage of the project when we visited to view the progress, Dave was kind enough to schedule a viewing session for us on the weekends – taking precious time out of his own schedule.

We are satisfied with regards to material quality and craftsmanship as well. Any errors were quickly rectified by Dave when it was brought up to him.

After-sales service continues to be a pleasure too, as Dave still provides the same great service as ever despite the project being over.
