Completed the reno for my BTO. Overall experience with my ID, Jacob, has been great. Reno for my house was amidst the pandemic before most of the relaxation of SMMs. However, the speed of completion has exceeded my expectation and the pricing quoted are very reasonable.
Jacob has been helpful pre, during and post reno to answer any queries that we have. While there are small hiccups along the way, Jacob was around to help resolve them as fast as he could. Thank you Jacob!
