It was our first time doing a whole house reno (2nd home) and am happy to say that I’m very satisfied with the service rendered by the ID, Angie. We went to a few IDs before deciding to engage Exqsite (even though it can be quite pricey coz they are a registered GST company!)

The very 1st communication was via FB messenger whereby Angie requested our floor plan so that she can come up with the space/design planning (was of course taken aback as normally ID will meet in person) but then there was where it all started..communication was very clear and very responsive..from Day One, Angie has rendered her utmost top customer service support for us!! Reno updates were given via WhatsApp everyday without fail (when we can’t make our way down to see the progress in person). Reno was completed and house was handed over mid Dec 2021 but from then till to date, wherever we face any issues, Angie is very responsive and help to address the issues at the soonest possible!! TIP TOP CUSTOMER SERVICE! Keep up the good work, Angie – appreciate it very much!!
